We see in the Bible that God sets the lonely in families. This is why we create spaces of belonging, for every person, regardless of where you are in your journey with God. And as you experience belonging, our hope for every person, is to see them grow in their passion for Jesus and His purposes in the earth. To increase in their love for God, their love for others, and for those who don't know Jesus.

God places the lonely in families; he sets the prisoners free and gives them joy. Psalm 68:6

Our desire is to see, not only Ann Arbor, but the whole region experience the love of God and walk in relationship with Jesus. It has been clear from the beginning that we want to play a part in what God is doing in Detroit. We have set out to establish a "pipeline" of people and resources that would go in and out of Detroit to serve the purposes of God in this city. Ephesians 4:12 has become a core verse in our Detroit focus, and that is to equip the saints for the work of service. Along with serving Detroit, we are partnering with friends in Hamtramck, MI to see Muslims encounter Jesus and decide to follow Him.

We take seriously Jesus' command to His disciples in Matthew 28:18-20 to "make disciples of all nations".

The Antioch International Movement of Churches http://antiochcc.com/missions/church-plants/ is a group of churches connected through the power and work of the Holy Spirit and by a desire to love God, love one another and love those who do not know Jesus.

Whether in Ann Arbor, around the U.S. or in the most remote parts of the earth, we believe a local church committed to evangelism and discipleship can change the world.
